Fountain Valley, California / Oxford, United Kingdom — October 2025 — ShadowVu, a global leader in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV)/drone manufacturing and solutions, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Regional Training Center (RTC), a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) Public Benefit Organization renowned for its advanced training programs for public safety and defense agencies.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in enhancing drone education and operational capability for law enforcement, emergency response, and defense professionals worldwide. Under the MOU, ShadowVu will provide drone systems, equipment, and training support to the RTC to strengthen its Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) programs.
The partnership underscores both organizations’ shared commitment to innovation, safety, and excellence. The RTC, a certified presenter for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST), and other key institutions, trains over 1,000 students annually in hands-on UAV operations. Its clients include the FBI, NSA, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, German Federal Police Directorate, and more than six hundred public safety agencies globally.
