Partner programme

Build on the platform, supply it, or represent it.

ShadowVu works with three kinds of organisation: partners who develop payloads and mission systems on the platform, suppliers who feed a sovereign manufacturing programme, and distributors who stand behind it in their own territory.

01Programme

Three ways to work with us.

Each tier carries its own commercial terms and its own support model. All three are held to the same standard on supply chain provenance.

ShadowVu®Partner

Develop payloads and mission systems on the ShadowVu platform, with engineering support from Labs and access to the airframe roadmap.

Tier 01

ShadowVu®Supplier

Supply into a sovereign, vertically integrated manufacturing programme built to scale to millions of units per year.

Tier 02

ShadowVu®Distributor

Represent the platform in your territory across the UK, USA, EU and Australia, with the commercial and training support to stand behind it.

Tier 03

Partner Purple is the sub-brand colour reserved for the programme, and the lockup above is how the tiers are set wherever they appear: on documentation, on stands and in co-branded material.

02What we require

Every partner documents their supply chain. There are no exceptions.

All our partners are selected carefully, and from friendly nations. Before a commercial relationship begins we require a written explanation covering three things.

01

Where the technology is sourced

The origin of the components, subsystems and software inside what you supply, or inside what you build on top of the platform.

02

Where it is manufactured

The countries and the facilities involved in production, including anything subcontracted further down the chain rather than made under your own roof.

03

How it is manufactured

The processes, the tooling and the quality controls used, so that a provenance claim survives an audit rather than only a conversation.

“Our overwhelming goal in the business is to build an ecosystem that is reliable.”

Jim ThomsonChief Executive, Chief Technology Officer, Founder

The standard exists because our own customers ask us exactly the same question. In defence, emergency services and critical infrastructure, provenance is not a box to tick at the end of a procurement; it decides whether the procurement can happen at all.

An ecosystem is only as reliable as its least documented link, which is why we would rather ask the awkward questions at the start than discover the answers later.

03Territories

Open territories.

The distributor tier is open across four territories. Partner and supplier relationships are considered wherever the provenance standard can be met.

The programme is not theoretical. Below is every partnership ShadowVu has announced publicly, with the date it was agreed.

ShadowVu and the US-based Regional Training Center have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance global drone training and public safety, pairing UK manufacturing with an established US training provider.

05Apply

Register your interest.

Tell us who you are and which tier fits. We will come back to you with the next step and the provenance questions for that tier.

Partner programme enquiry

Applications are reviewed by a named person, not an automated system. Every partner is asked to document where their technology is sourced, where it is manufactured and how it is manufactured.

Direct route

Until the form is live, email is the fastest way in. Include your organisation, your territory and the tier you are interested in, and we will reply with the provenance questions for that tier.

Get the full picture.

A platform is only as strong as the people around it.

Payload developers, subsystem suppliers and distributors all shape what the aircraft can do in the field. If your supply chain stands up to scrutiny, we would like to hear from you.
